New Onboarding Questions 🛣️
We’ve refined our onboarding questions to better know new ikas users. Plus, we’ve built a dedicated page to offer them the best possible deal.
New Upsell Campaign Structure 💰
Cross-selling adds a different product alongside the one in the basket. Upselling, on the other hand, replaces the item in the basket with a higher-priced product.

Upsell Rules:
- If multiple items can be removed from the basket, the cheapest one is always removed.
- The calculation system follows this order: Upsell runs first, then cross-sell (if applicable), and finally, the campaign applies.
- If both cross-sell and upsell offers exist for the same basket, upsell is shown first.
- If the item to be removed is a free product and it’s the only free item, it will not be removed in the upsell process.
Order List Performance Improvement 🤹
For users with orders containing many items, loading times have dropped from 35 seconds to around 200. This improvement makes the order list page load much faster.
Support Line Authorization 🤙

We’ve added screens for setting up the Company Code and PIN Code, required for ikas users to connect with the call center. Users can configure these in Settings > Support Access Settings. After setup, when calling +49 7361 389 3012, the call center system will require these details for verification.
New Translation Screens 🌎
You can now edit product translations directly from the product detail page without going to Settings > Languages & Translations.
Additionally, the Translations screen under Settings has been redesigned, making it easier to navigate between products and manage translations.

New Sales Reports 🏎️
Sales reports now generate 40 times faster. In addition to variant-based reports, we’ve added a product sales report, allowing you to see all sold variants in a single row. Currently, this is available only on the dashboard, but the sales reports page will also transition to the new system soon.
“View Product on Site” Button 🫵
You can now navigate to a product’s site link from both the product list page and the sales channels section on the product detail page.
- If you have a B2B store, you can select it from the popup window.
- If the product is not available for sale, you’ll see a 404 page instead.

Track Sales from Basket Links 📊

When creating a link in Products > Definitions > Basket Link, UTM parameters are now added to track the order source as a basket link.
This allows you to see in the order details page that the sale came from a basket link-generated URL.
Quick Membership Option ⚡
Users who complete a purchase via guest checkout can now create an account just by setting a password on the order success page.
To enable this feature, go to Sales Channel > Customer Settings > Order Completed Page and activate Quick Membership.

Bug Fixes & Small Improvements 🛠️
- A new “Import Data” option for empty product lists is created.
- Bundles can now include the same product multiple times.
- Stock levels and prices are now visible for manually sorted categories and brands.
- Price list exports now use updated file names.
- The maximum product image file size is increased to 7 MB.
- Customer tags are now editable and can be found under Customers > Tags.
- A filter for bundles in the order list is created.
- The “Gift wrapping” option now appears in the order confirmation email.
- The clarity of social login error messages is improved.
- The sidebar design is refreshed.
- Manual orders are now included in marketing automation filters.
